Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing it.
However, order modification function (such as changing size, colour or shipping method/address) is not available.

How to Cancel Your Order


You may cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing it.

  • Log in to your account or guest account.
  • Go to [Purchase History].
  • Select the order and cancel while the status is "Incomplete".

After 30 minutes, cancellation is no longer available. Our Customer Service Team is unable to cancel orders on your behalf.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may reject the parcel upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the item is returned to our warehouse.

  • Q. How do I know if my order was cancelled successfully?

    A. The status will update to “Cancelled” in your Purchase History, and you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

  • Q. I can't see the "Cancel" option in my Purchase History. Why?

    A. If the cancellation option is not visible in your Purchase History, the order can no longer be cancelled. This means the 30- minute cancellation window has passed and shipment preparation has already begun.

  • Q. The "Cancel" button is visible, but cancellation does not work.

    A. In some cases, the cancellation option may still appear after 30 minutes. If the cancellation is unsuccessful, the order can no longer be cancelled.
    If you no longer wish to keep the items, you may reject the delivery or return the items after delivery in line with our returns policy.

  • Q. I closed the order confirmation page. Can I still cancel my order?

    A. Yes. Even uf you have closed the order confirmation page, you can still cancel your order within 30 minutes by accessing your Purchase History via your account or the guest order link in your confirmation email.

  • Q. Can I cancel only part of my order?

    A. No. Partial cancellations are not available. You can only cancel the entire order within the 30‑minute cancellation window.

  • Q. Can I cancel my order if I checked out as a guest?

    A. Yes. Guest orders can be cancelled by accessing the Purchase History link found in your order confirmation email.

  • Q. What if the 30 minutes have already passed?

    A. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may reject the delivery. A refund will be issued once the items return to our warehouse.

  • Q. Will I be charged any fee if I reject the delivery?

    A. No. There is no additional fee. A refund will be processed once the returned items are received.

  • Q. Can I change the details of my online order (size/colour)?

    A. We are only able to cancel the entire online order within 30 minutes after it is confirmed.
    If the wrong item was selected, you may return the products for refund or exchange after delivery.

  • Q. Can I request cancellation after 30 minutes or cancel selected item(s) only?

    A. No. We cannot cancel selected item(s) or cancel an order after 30 minutes, as the shipment preparation will already be in progress.

  • Q. I want to change or update my shipping address for Home Delivery.

    A. You may cancel the online order within 30 minutes and place a new order using the correct delivery address.
    If the order has already been shipped, please contact the assigned courier service directly to request delivery updates. Please note that changes are subject to the courier's policy and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Q. I cancelled my online order but have not received the refund yet.

    A. Once the order is cancelled successfully, the payment transaction will be voided immediately.
    However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
