Q. Help with my DPD delivery




Manage your delivery with DPD tracking. You can access your DPD tracking via the emails sent to you by us and the SMS and email notifications sent to you by DPD. You can also use your tracking number in the DPD App to access your tracking and manage your delivery.

  • ▼  How do I add delivery instructions? 

    To manage your delivery, open the DPD App or use DPD tracking and go to the “Manage My Parcel” section. From there, you can:

    • Reschedule your delivery to a more convenient date. 
    • Redirect your parcel to a neighbour or a DPD Parcelshop. 
    Please note that we are unable to leave your parcel in a specified safe location.

    You can also arrange a morning or afternoon delivery from Monday - Sunday using DPD VIP services in DPD tracking and the DPD App. VIP services are subject to fees. 

     

  • ▼  How do I update my delivery address? 

    As long as the first delivery attempt has not yet taken place, you can change your address. To change your address, for an order delivered by DPD, you can the following: 

    1. Use the DPD app or tracking website: Log in using your 14-digit parcel reference number to access the "Manage My Parcel" options or your delivery preferences. 

     

  • ▼  How many times will DPD attempt to deliver my order? 

    DPD will attempt to deliver your order twice. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will divert your order to a local pick up shop or locker.
