Q. I did not receive my store purchase E-Receipt
If you have opted for an E-receipt in one of our stores but you are unable to locate it, please follow the steps below:
Finding your E-Receipt
Your E-Receipt will be sent to your email inbox within 24 hours of purchase.

If you are unable to find your E-Receipt, please visit any UNIQLO UK store where our friendly store staff will be able to help you.
Please note that if you have not opted for an E-receipt, at the point of purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with one.
