We try to offer a same day service however this is dependent on demand


What items can be embroidered?

Embroidery service is only available for select UNIQLO items. The following items are ineligible: Innerwear items, polyester or nylon outerwear, caps/hats and room shoes.


Do you offer the service online?

No this is only available at our London Regent Street, Covent Garden, 311 Oxford Street, Battersea, Edinburgh Princes Street, Bristol Cabot Circus, London Coal Drops Yard stores.


What can I embroider on my UNIQLO item?

You will be able to choose from a selection of pre made designs or draw your own designs. Please check with a member of staff for further information 


Can I embroider my old UNIQLO items too ?  

Yes we will be able to embroider new and worn UNIQLO items. 



Items cannot be returned or exchanged after embroidery processing.
