When will I receive my refund?
If you have paid by "Pay-in-Store", the refund can only be processed by the store you made the payment.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the return procedures at any UNIQLO UK store, regardless of where the original purchase was made.

Refund Process
2. Once your item has been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.
3. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed
4. The refund will be processed and completed within 3-5 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.

*Please ensure that you retrieve your proof of return in the form of a Royal Mail Return Receipt.
- Shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
- A £2.95 fee per return request will be deducted from your refund. This is £2.95 per return request/parcel and not per item. Unless the return is due to our error, this cost is borne by the customer.
- Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year holidays, refund processing may take longer than usual.

A. If you used Royal Mail to return your order, please check the progress of your return by using your Royal Mail Return receipt number here: Royal Mail Tracking.

▼ The tracking shows that UNIQLO has already received my return parcel, why has my refund not been processed yet?
A. You might see your parcel marked as "delivered". This means it's at the carrier's hub and will soon be on its way to our warehouse. your parcel should arrive at our warehouse within 2 business days.
Our team will process your refund within 14 calendar days from the date our warehouse has received your parcel. Once it is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
The funds will be reflected in your account within 3 - 7 business days from the date you receive the email. -
▼ I have received the refund confirmation email, why is the refund still not reflected in my account?
A. Upon receipt of the refund confirmation e-mail, it takes 3-7 business days (depending on the original payment method) for the refund to be visible in your account.
