Q. When will I receive my refund?
When you drop off your return parcel to an Evri ParcelShop you must retrieve your proof of return in the form of a blue Evri calling card. This is essential, so we can help to track your return.
Depending on when you have dropped off your parcel, the delivery times back to our warehouse might vary. Please bear this in mind before contacting our team.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse, it can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued (including PayPal and Klarna refunds). Your refund will be issued to the same payment method that you used when ordering. Your refund should appear in your account within 3-5 days, depending on your payment provider.
While tracking your return, if this is marked as delivered, please be aware that our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. Please consider the above time frame.
