Q. Where is my order confirmation email?




Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your order confirmation email. This email includes your order number. Please check the spam/junk and promotions folders of the email address used to place your order. Confirmations for orders paid via PayPal Express are sent to the email address used for PayPal. If you have a UNIQLO account, you can also review your order history.

Please note that your order confirmation is subject to stock availability and validating payment details. Once this is completed, your order will be dispatched and you will be sent a shipment confirmation email. You will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.


If it has been longer than 24 hours, and you still have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us via CHAT SUPPORT and one of our friendly customer service agents will be able to resend you the email.

In the email, please confirm at least 3 of the following details:

- Email address related to the account/order (mandatory)
- Full name (mandatory)
- Order number (or Full details of the items ordered or date of purchase)
