About Click & Collect
Select Click & Collect as your delivery option at checkout. You will then be able to choose your preferred store from the list of available options.
After placing your order, you will receive:
- Order confirmation email – includes your order number
Our Click & Collect delivery service is FREE.
Most UK Click & Collect orders are ready the next day* when placed by 23:59.
Arrival may take slightly longer due to:
- Busy seasonal periods
- Stock‑related availability issues
Your estimated delivery date appears at checkout, in your order confirmation email, and in your account.
* Expected delivery timeframes may vary due to the stock status of individual products within an order. Please be aware that your expected delivery date is specified at checkout, in purchase history, and order confirmation emails. We endeavour to deliver your products within the timescales set out above - unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our carrier.
You will receive an email and/or SMS when your order is ready.
Click & Collect is available 7 days a week. Check your store’s opening hours here: Find a store
Delivery times may vary due to external delays. As this is a non‑guaranteed service, compensation cannot be provided.
- You have 14 calendar days to collect your order once it arrives in store
Provide your Membership ID barcode or collection barcode (printed or shown on your smartphone) to the staff member at the collection point.
- Someone else may collect the order for you if they present your confirmation email.
- If the order is not collected within 14 days, a refund is issued within 3–5 working days.
- We are unable extend your collection period beyond the 14 days.
