Select Click & Collect as your delivery option at checkout. You will then be able to choose your preferred store from the list of available options.

After placing your order, you will receive:

• Order confirmation email – includes your order number

Our Click & Collect delivery service is FREE.

Most UK Click & Collect orders are ready the next day when placed before midnight.

Arrival may take slightly longer due to:

• Busy seasonal periods
• Stock‑related availability issues

Your estimated arrival date appears at checkout, in your order confirmation email, and in your account.

You will receive an email and/or SMS when your order is ready.

Delivery times may vary due to external delays. As this is a non‑guaranteed service, compensation cannot be provided.

• You have 14 calendar days to collect your order once it arrives in store

Provide your Membership ID barcode or collection barcode (printed or shown on your smartphone) to the staff member at the collection point.

• Someone else may collect the order for you if they present your confirmation email.
• If the order is not collected within 14 calendar days, a refund is issued within 3–5 working days.
