Q. How do I contact a store directly?
A. We are sorry, but UNIQLO stores are not able to provide phone support at this time. For assistance, please use our online self-service options or contact our Customer Service team using the CHAT SUPPORT function located at the bottom of this page.

Q. Can I request to have an item held at the store for me?
A. At present, we do not offer the option to put items on hold via chat, phone or email.
If you are in one of our stores, you may request to have your item held for up to 24 hours. Please visit your nearest UNIQLO store to use this service.

Q. Do you have the same promotions in store and online?
A. Promotions and sale events may differ between our stores and our online shop.

Q. What should I do if I have been doubled charged?
A. We kindly ask you to return to the store where you made the purchase, bringing the original receipt and the credit or debit card used. A member of our store team will investigate and assist you.

Q. What should I do if I lost a personal item in store?
A. We kindly ask you to revisit the store location and speak with a member of staff, who will look into this for you. If you're unable to return to the store, please contact the Customer Service team providing as much detail as possible e.g. name of store, time of visit and a description of the lost item.
Please note that UNIQLO cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings lost in-store, and we cannot guarantee that the items will be found -
Q. Do you offer gift receipts?
A. Yes, all of our stores provide gift receipts. Simply ask a member of staff at the checkout and they will be happy to assist.

A. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted in UNIQLO UK stores.
