I Haven't Received my Click & Collect Ready for Collection Email
- Open your Purchase History to view the current status and estimated delivery date.
- If your order shows "Available for pickup", you can collect it even if you didn’t receive the email.
- For orders still within the estimated delivery window, please wait until that estimated date range ends.
How to check your order status
- Go to Purchase History.
- Find the relevant order.
- If it shows "Available for pickup", it’s ready to collect.
- If the order hasn’t reached the store yet, wait until the final day of the estimated delivery range (e.g., for 21/06–24/06, please wait until 24/06).
How to receive your order
Collect your order at the counter. Follow the method shown in your Ready for Collection email.
Counter pickup
- Show one of the following to store staff: your UNIQLO app membership ID, your collection barcode, or your order number.
Precautions
- No payment is required at the store.
- Counter and locker locations vary by store—please ask staff if you’re unsure.
- You can’t change the pickup store or switch to home delivery after ordering.
- You can still collect your order without a pickup email if "Available for pickup" appears in your Purchase History.
- If the pickup deadline passes, your item will be returned and the order cancelled. Any related charges (e.g., shipping or payment fees) may still apply.
