Exchanges

Exchanges are available at any UNIQLO UK store.
  • Visit any UNIQLO UK store.
  • Bring along: original receipt, and the product(s) in original packaging with price tags and labels.
  • Queue at the cashier counter and request for a product exchange.

Important Notes

  • You can exchange for any product of the same or higher price value. For higher-value items, you will need to top up the price difference.
  • For exchange into a lower-value product, please consider a refund instead.

Refunds are available at any UNIQLO UK store
Please review [Return & Exchange Conditions], prepare the required items, and speak to a store staff member.
The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for your purchase.

  •  Can I exchange or return items at a different store?

    A. Returns and exchanges are available at any UNIQLO store nationwide. 

  • I lost my receipt. Can I still exchange or return my item?

    A. Unfortunately, exchanges and returns cannot be processed without a receipt. 
    Note: Purchase history or product list cannot be used as proof of purchase

  • What do I need for exchange or return procedures?

    A. Required items vary depending on the product and payment method. Please check [Return & Exchange Conditions].

  • Why has my return been rejected?

    A. Your return may be rejected if:

    • More than 30 days have passed since you purchased the item
    • Original packaging, price tag, or label is missing
    • Item is innerwear 
    • Item is not in new condition (looks used or washed) 
    • Item is damaged (torn, stained, wrinkled) 
    • Item has odor (cigarette, perfume) 
  • What happens to my refund if I used a coupon?

    A. If you used a coupon, the value of your coupon is distributed proportionately across all items in your purchase.
    When returning an item from a purchase where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted if the final amount of your purchase is below the minimum spend requirement of the coupon.

  • Can I exchange online exclusive product at the store?

    A. The exchange service is subjected to our UNIQLO physical store availability of colours and sizes.

    Where a colour and/or size is not available at the store you are making the exchange, stock transfer between online store to physical stores will not be arranged.
