Transport Layer Security (TLS)

At UNIQLO, we use TLS encryption for communication to protect customer privacy and enhance security.

TLS is a system that encrypts information entered over the internet, such as names, addresses, and credit card information, to prevent third parties from reading it during transmission.

If you are unable to open the page in your browser, TLS 1.2 may not be enabled.
Please see below for instructions on how to enable it.

How to Configure TLS

For Windows

  1. Click the Windows Start button.
  2. Enter "Internet Options" in the search box.
  3. Open Internet Options from the search results.
  4. Select the "Advanced" tab in the displayed "Internet Properties" window.
  5. Check the box for "Use TLS 1.2" under "Security," and then select "OK."

For iOS and Android

Please check the recommended environment.
TLS 1.2 is enabled by default when using the recommended environment, so no configuration is required.
