Short Terms

The UNIQLO APP Activity 12 Days of Warmth (“Operation” or “advent calendar”) is open to residents of UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark aged 18 or over only, who have downloaded the UNIQLO APP and participate in this prize draw advent calendar between 8th of December, 6:00 am and 19th December 2025, 9:00 pm (further detailed below).

This is a combined Operation for all the countries mentioned above, where participants can win prizes from the UNIQLO App Activity 12 Days of Warmth advent calendar.

Only entrants meeting the criteria set out in the terms and conditions are eligible to participate in this Operation.
 

Terms & Conditions

All entrants must accept these terms and conditions to participate in the Operation and all entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or advent calendar materials.

Promoter: UNIQLO Europe Ltd, 103-113 Regent Street, London, W1B 4HL, acting through its respective European Branches.

Participant: Uniqlo customers participating in this Operation who meet the following eligibility requirements.

1. Eligibility: The Operation is open to residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Operation.

2. Entry instructions: To enter the Operation, Participants must:

a. Download the UNIQLO App
b. Register and be logged into their UNIQLO account
c. Complete a form provided via the UNIQLO App on “Notification” page
d. Accept these Terms and Conditions

To complete the entry form, Customers may be obliged to correctly answer multiple-choice questions where available.

Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person per day.

Excluded from participation are:

• entries from agents or third parties,

• syndicated entries or

• those made using methods such as computer macro, script, or the use of automated devices.

• Duplicated or bulk entries.

These entries will be deleted, or participant’s disqualified without notice at the promoter’s discretion.

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Operation. Participants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. 

The winner will be randomly selected from the customer list.

3. Entry Period: Starts at 6.00am on 8th December and runs until 9.00pm on 19th December 2025 (local time) (the “Entry Period”).

Prize Terms & Conditions  

4. Prize Information: Please note that not every prize is available on every day of the competition in every participating country. The availability of prizes is based on the Advent calendar schedule of which you will be notified daily.

Prizes will consist of the following at the quantities specified:

• Trip to Lapland x 1 (for 4 people: 2 adults + 2 children)

• UNIQLO Gift Card x 10 (worth €200/ £200 / 2400 SEK / 1500 DKK per Gift Card)

• UNIQLO Gift Card x 10 (worth €100 / £100 / 1200 SEK / 750 DKK per Gift Card)

• UNIQLO Gift Box x 24 (Round Mini Shoulder Bag, HEATTECH Scarf, HEATTECH Knit Gloves, HEATTECH Ribbed Beanie, Reusable bag, Colour Socks x2) x 24 (worth €80 per bundle or equivalent in winner’s local currency)

• UNIQLO Gift Card x 32 (equal to the value of a Seamless Down Parka, Ultra Warm Down Long Coat, PufferTech Parka, Seamless Down Short Coat, Seamless Down Coat at the time of the competition)

Gift Cards can be redeemed in Promoter’s online and offline stores and are subject to its separate terms and conditions.
 

5. Winner’s selection: The daily prize winners will be selected at random by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from daily entries received during the Entry Period to receive one prize each.
   The daily price depends on the respective day and the price plan the advent calendar is based on.

The winners will be notified by the 15th January 2026.

6. No exchange: Please note that no prize can be exchanged into a cash alternative.

7. Main prize: The main prize (Trip to Lapland) winner will be selected at random from all entries received during the whole Entry Period to receive one prize. Every day entries will enhance your chance to win. The winner will be notified by the 15th January 2026.

The Prize (Trip to Lapland) includes:

• Return flights for two (2) adults and two (2) children to Rovaniemi, Finland

• € 100.00 Return airport transfer taxi allowance

• 3 Nights’ accommodation at a 4* hotel in Rovaniemi

• Breakfast for two (2) adults and two (2) children in the hotel restaurant each of the mornings

• A day with Santa’s Reindeer as they prepare for “the big day”.

Includes: Feeding the Reindeer, lunch, warm beverages and Reindeer Sleigh Ride

• Meet Santa in his secret forest location.

Includes: Return transfers from a pickup location, Welcome by the Elf, Santa’s Helpers Training, Santa’s Helpers Training Diploma, Gingerbread decoration
Outdoor activities: Walk in the magical forest, Hot drinks by the open fireplace, Elf-guided visit to Christmas Command Centre, Meeting with Santa Claus, Present from Santa Claus for every child.

• Travel insurance.

Winner selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected within ten (10) working days of this Operation’s closing date. The winners will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from those valid entries received during the promotional period.


Winner notification: The winner will be notified via email by 15th January. The travel agency to be used to arrange the round-trip prize will be communicated by the Promoter.

If a winner has not contacted the Promoter within 14 days of notification to claim their prize, their right to the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be chosen by the Promoter.

NDL T&C

1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and will take place between mid-November and Christmas 2026 (exact travel dates are open for confirmation and are subject to Santa Claus’s availability). Travel should be booked no later than the end of February 2026.

2. The prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges, as well as one piece of checked baggage per person. Subject to availability, the departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates flights to Rovaniemi. Please note, this may not be your closest airport.

3. Direct flights cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t hold an EU passport, you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Please note that the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.

4. Children are considered to be minors, 11 years or younger at the time of travel. The suggested minimum age limit for children is 5 years for safety reasons.

5. You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.

6. The ‘Santas Magical Forest’ experience will last approximately 3.5 hours and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Trips will operate on selected dates. Exact travel dates are open for confirmation and are subject to Santa Claus’s availability .  Transfers will be from one agreed pick-up location.

7. The ‘Spend a day with the Reindeer’ will last approximately 6 hours and is subject to availability at time of booking. Trip will operate on selected dates and include transfers. Exact travel dates are open for confirmation and are subject to Santa Claus’s availability. Transfers will be from one agreed pick-up location. .

8. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum of £100.00/€100.00 will be provided to the winner via bank transfer.

9. €100.00 Taxi allowance will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Bank transfers can take up to 5 working days.

10. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Our Right to Use Information About You

1. Any personal information provided by entrants will be collected, stored and processed by or on behalf of the Promoter strictly in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
2. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this Operation and for no other purposes unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have opted in to receive future marketing mailings from the Promoter.

3. Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the operation, the Promoter will not pass the entrant’s details on to any third party unless otherwise required to do so by law.

General

1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this  Operation or the giving of Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the  Operation or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

2. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right at its sole discretion not to consider, and to exclude or disqualify any entry that they deem to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the  Operation, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of or inappropriate with these terms and conditions.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the  Operation and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this  Operation’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in  participating in the  Operation or won using fraudulent means.

4. This  Operation is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network or the producers, retailers or any other party featured in the Prizes.

5. Trademarks, logos and names of any third party are the property of their respective owner.

6. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the  Operation; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Operation (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); (v) any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the Prize.

7. The  and the terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the country where the entrant is residing and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the  Operation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country where the entrant is residing.
