Q. When will I receive my refund?
Your item will be first transferred to Royal Mail's National Distribution Centre (NDC), then delivered to our Warehouse.
Once your item has been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The refund will be processed and completed within 3-7 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.
If by credit/debit card, please allow up to 3-5 business days from receipt of confirmation email.
If by PayPal, allow up 24 hours for the funds to show in your account.
Klarna refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.
※Please ensure that you retrieve your proof of return in the form of a blue Evri Calling Card/ Royal Mail Return Receipt.

Q: The tracking shows that UNIQLO has already received my return parcel, why has my refund not been processed yet?
A: Our team will process your refund within 14 calendar days from the date our warehouse has received your parcel. Once it is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation e-mail
Q: I have received the refund confirmation email, why is the refund still not reflected in my account?
A: Upon receipt of the refund confirmation e-mail, it takes 3-7 business days (depending on the original payment method) for the refund to be visible in your account.
Q: It has been more than 14 calendar days since the return parcel was delivered to your warehouse, however the refund has not been processed yet.
