There are two methods of entry, and each customer can submit one entry by each method. Submitting additional entries will not enhance your chances of winning.

Method 1 – shop in-store:

1. Download the UNIQLO app and create or link a UNIQLO account.
2. Scan your membership ID when shopping in-store during Arigato Festival (no minimum spend required).
3. Complete the entry form on the UNIQLO app.

Method 2 – shop on the app:

1. Download the UNIQLO app and create or link a UNIQLO account.
2. Shop on the app and spend at least £80 in a single transaction.
3. Complete the entry form on the UNIQLO app.

1. Open the UNIQLO app.
2. Go to the Membership tab.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Tap the Create an account button.

  

The competition entry form can be found on the UNIQLO app.

1. Open the UNIQLO app.
2. Go the the Notifications tab.
3. You will see a Trip to Tokyo banner – tap to access the entry form.

 
Although you will not receive a notification that your entry has been received, we can guarantee that we will enter you into the prize draw, as long as you meet the entry criteria.

  
Winners will be selected and contacted between December 8-15th 2025 by a push notification from the UNIQLO app and by email from our partner, NDL travel agency.

  

• Return flights for two people from the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium or The Netherlands to Tokyo, Japan.
• Return transfers from the airport to the hotel.
• 5 nights' accommodation in a centrally-located 4* hotel in Ginza, Tokyo.
• Travel insurance.
• The winner’s choice of activity for two people. Choose from:
  • A Tokyo sushi making experience and Japanese cooking class
  • A calligraphy culture SHODO experience in Tokyo
  • A Tokyo Bay Yakatabune dinner or day cruise, including Japanese show and drinks.

Although not required, it is highly recommended to have app push notifications and email notifications enabled, so we can let you know if you’re a winner. If we do not receive a response from the winner within 28 days of prize notification, the prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be selected.
