Short Terms

Open to residents of the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, and the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over, who have downloaded the UNIQLO APP, bought minimum 1 item from the Seamless Down collection and scanned the UNIQLO APP  at checkout when completing a transaction in stores between 4th December 2025 and 31st December 2025.

This is a combined Operation for all countries mentioned above. From all eligible participants, two (2) winners will each receive a trip to Finland, including return flights each for maximum four (4) people from their home country to Rovaniemi, Finland, as well as  return transfers, taxi allowance, three (3) night’s accommodation at a 4* hotel, daily breakfast, one day activity and travel insurance (please refer to the full terms and conditions for further details).

Full Terms & Conditions – Customer Operation

By entering the Operation, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or Operational materials.

Promoter: Uniqlo Europe Ltd, 103-113 Regent Street, London, W1B 4HL represented by its respective national branch offices.

Participant: Uniqlo customers participating in this Operation who meet the following eligibility requirements.
 

1. Eligibility: The Operation is open to residents of the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, and the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over, excluding the Promoter’s employees and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Operation.
2. Operational Period: The Operation is available from 04.12.2025 until 31.12.2025 in the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, and the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
3. Entry Instructions: To enter the Operation, participants must purchase a minimum of one (1) Seamless Down product, downloaded the UNIQLO APP, be logged into their UNIQLO account and scanned their Membership ID at checkout when completing a transaction in stores between 04.12.2025 and 31.12.2025 and accept these terms and conditions by completing and submitting the entry form via UNIQLO APP.

4. Prize: Two (2) winners will each receive a trip to Rovaniemi, Finland and accommodation for up to four (4) people), consisting of:

• Return economy flights, inclusive of compulsory taxes and surcharges, plus one checked baggage per person. A Saturday night stay is required as part of the ticket conditions. Subject to availability, departure airport will be the winners’ nearest major international airport in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark or Sweden that operates flights to Rovaniemi, Finland. Please note, this may not be the closest airport to the winners’ location. Unfortunately, a direct flight cannot be guaranteed. Winners who do not hold a UK, French, German, Spanish, Belgian, Dutch, Danish or Swedish passport may require a visa to Rovaniemi, Finland. Visa arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the winners and are not included in the prize.
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and will take place between mid-November and Christmas 2026 (exact travel dates are open for confirmation and are subject to Santa Claus’s availability). Travel dates should be booked no later than the end of February 2026.
• Return transfers from the hotel to the airport which will be private and not shared with other passengers.
• Three (3) nights’ accommodation at the 4* Arctic Light Hotel sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If a different room type is preferred, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this within the budget available, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
• ‘Santa’s Magical Forest’ and ‘Spend a day with the Reindeer’ activities are subject to availability at time of booking. Trips will operate on selected dates TBC and include transfers.
• Travel insurance is included, subject to the standard terms and conditions of the organiser (NDL Group). Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should the Promoter’s organiser be unable to arrange travel insurance, a cash alternative of €100.00 will be provided to the winner via bank transfer.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the winners by the end of February 2026. Prize redemption timing and booking dates are subject to international border crossing rules and must align with Promoter’s scheduling.
• Once the booking is confirmed, the winners and their guests will be subject to the travel conditions of the airline. The Promoter is not responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other travel arrangements.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly between 1 January and 14 January 2026 by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from all valid entries received during the period.
   The winning Participants will be contacted by NDL Travel as the organiser by direct e-mail within three (3) days from their selection and will be invited to contact the organiser. If a winning participant does not contact the organiser within 14 days of being notified, their right to the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
    

Our Right to Use Information About You

 

6. Any personal information provided by participants in the course of an online purchase, downloading the UNIQLO App or participating in this Operation will be collected, stored and processed by the Promoter strictly under the applicable data protection regulations. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this Operation and for no other purposes unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have opted in to receiving future marketing mailings from the Promoter. If you opt in and start receiving marketing emails from the Promoter, but would then like to stop receiving them, you may do so via the unsubscribe link provided in the email.
   Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Operation, the Promoter will not pass participants’ details on to any third party.

General

 

8. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right not to consider, and to exclude, any entry they deem, at their sole discretion, to be inappropriate and/or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or claims which due to technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

11. There are no cash or alternatives prizes, in whole or in part, except in circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

12. The winner consents to the Promoter publishing his/her name and country within three (3) months of the Operation’s closing date.

13. The winner’s information will be used and shared for the purpose of providing the prizes only and announcing the winner as described in No 12 of the Terms & Conditions.

14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Operation or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Operation or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise any disruption to the participants. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will not be responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other travel arrangements.

15. Participants in the Operation agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole but reasonable discretion to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Operation, or to be acting in any manner deemed to be in violation of the terms and conditions.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which must be provided within 2 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Operation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any entry instructions or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage (e.g. using fraudulent means) in participating in the Operation.

17. All trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

18. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, neither the Promoter nor its agencies or third party suppliers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, any late or misdirected delivery of communications (by email or otherwise), faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or injuries that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Operation.

19. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on the law of the country in which the participant resides, and the courts located in the participant’s country of residence will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
