Return and Exchange Deadline
Within 30 days of receiving the product. The return due date will be displayed in your [Purchase History].

▼ Can I exchange or return an item if the tag has been removed?
A. If any of the following are missing or damaged—tags, packaging, novelty items, gift boxes, buttons, or other accessories—we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
※ If the tag has been removed but all accessories are intact, exchanges and returns are accepted.

▼ Do you accept return or exchange for items that have been altered?
A. We do not accept return or exchange for item that had been altered (shorten/ hemmed).
A £2.95 fee per return request will be deducted from your refund. Unless the return is due to our error, this cost is borne by the customer.
You must complete your return application first.
1. Go to [Purchase History]
2. Tap [Return] for the relevant order
3. Open the [History] tab and tap [Check Return Details (Return ID, Return Address)]

▼ How should I pack my return?
A. No specific packaging required. Please use any sturdy box or bag you have. Return address will be shown on the return application screen.

▼ Can I exchange online exclusive product at the store?
A. The exchange service is subjected to our UNIQLO physical store availability of colours and sizes.
Where a colour and/or size is not available at the store you are making the exchange, stock transfer between online store to physical stores will not be arranged.

▼ Can I cancel a return request?
A. Yes, follow these steps:
1. Go to [Purchase History]
2. Tap [Return] for the order
3. Open the [History] tab and tap [Cancel Return Application]
4. Tap [Confirm Cancellation]
Note: Once canceled, the Return ID and Authorization Code become invalid. If you still want to return, please apply again. -
▼ Can I return an item at the store?
A. No, for online orders, returns are not accepted in stores. Exchanges only. [Click here for Online Orders Exchange Details]

▼ I cannot see my order in my purchase history. What should I do?
A. If you cannot see your order in your purchase history. Please check the following points:
1. Make sure that you are logged in to the correct account.
2. Check if your order was placed using guest checkout. If so, please use the guest login and enter your guest ID to access your order.
3. If you have created a UNIQLO account after placing an order as a guest, please make sure you are logged out of your UNIQLO account before logging in with your guest ID for your guest order.
