Unfortunately, returns and exchanges can NOT be made in any UNIQLO stores due to the collection being an online exclusive. Should you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you can do so by using our Returns Portal.

All returned items must be returned unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, labels, and/or accessories (e.g., inner layers or spare buttons) intact and undamaged. Products that are returned, in particular incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled, will not be processed. 

You will have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return item/s from your order (for Click & Collect, this will be from the day the items arrive at your selected store).
