Items purchased between 10th November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026.
 

UNIQLO would be happy to offer an exchange or refund (by the original method of payment). Please note that online purchases can only be exchanged in-store; if you require a refund, you will need to return this to the warehouse. Please ensure item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels). As advised in our returns policy, the following item(s) cannot be returned: 1) Innerwear/underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons 2) Personalised item(s) (e.g. altered).
