A Physical Gift Card is a plastic gift card that can be purchased in UNIQLO UK stores or online and used as a payment method in accordance with UK gift card terms.

  You can purchase a Physical Gift Card in UNIQLO UK stores.

• Physical Gift Cards can be purchased online and in store
• Issued in GBP (£)

• Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country where they were purchased.
• A Physical Gift Card purchased in the UK can only be used in UNIQLO UK stores and on the UNIQLO UK website.
• They cannot be used on UNIQLO websites or in stores in other countries.

  We offer the following delivery methods for Physical Gift Cards:

• Royal Mail – Untracked, Next Day: £0.85
• UPS Courier – Tracked, Next Day: £5.36

During busy holiday periods, please note:

• Orders using standard delivery may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days.
• Orders using expedited delivery may be delayed by up to 2 additional business days.

Physical Gift Cards can be used:

• In UNIQLO UK stores
• On the UNIQLO UK website.

  If the value of your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

  Please ensure you are shopping in the UK, as Physical Gift Cards purchased in the UK cannot be used outside the country.

  You can redeem your UNIQLO Gift Card at the checkout of any UNIQLO store within the same country as the original purchase, or as listed on the Gift Card.

• Only one gift card can be used per transaction
• Gift cards can be redeemed together with any other store payment method

At checkout, simply scan the gift card barcode, which can be found:

• On the back of your Physical Gift Card, or
• On your Digital Gift Card

  You can upload your Physical or Digital Gift Card to your Mobile Wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) and use it to pay in store.

How to use it

• Scan the Gift Card stored in your Mobile Wallet at checkout
• The barcode is scanned in the same way as a Physical or Digital Gift Card

How to add your Gift Card

• By selecting “Add to Mobile Wallet” on the Digital Gift Card page
• By making a Gift Card Balance Inquiry on the UNIQLO website and selecting “Add to Mobile Wallet”

  Available on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
  Gift cards stored in your Mobile Wallet can be redeemed together with any other store payment method.

• Physical Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of last activation or purchase
• Any unused balance after expiry will not be refunded
• Physical Gift Cards cannot be returned, cancelled, replaced, reloaded or topped up
• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced

  Customers are responsible for keeping their gift cards safe and treating them like cash.

• My Physical Gift Card is not working in store or online. What should I do?

  Please ensure:

  • You are using the gift card in the UK
  • The gift card has not expired
  • The correct gift card details are being used
