- Store will hold your order for 14 calendar days before returning it to warehouse.

Pick-up from your Local Locker or Shop
- Parcel Shops will hold your order for 10 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
- Parcel Lockers will hold your order for 3 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
- A valid UK mobile number is required for your Local Locker or Shop orders. You’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
- Bring proof of identity to collect your parcel. Accepted forms include: Passport, UK Driving Licence, Utility Bill, etc.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present ID with the same surname or proof of your identity.

A. UNIQLO delivers to most UK postal areas. However, we do not deliver to:
- BFPO addresses
- PO Boxes
- Channel Islands (including Isles of Scilly)
- Freight forwarding addresses
