Items purchased between 11th November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025.
 

UNIQLO would be happy to offer an exchange or refund (by the original method of payment). Please note that online purchases can only be exchanged in-store; if you require a refund, you will need to return this to the warehouse. Please ensure item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels). As advised in our returns policy, the following item(s) cannot be returned: 1) Innerwear/underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons 2) Personalised item(s) (e.g. altered). A. We do not offer a gift wrapping service however gift bags are available to buy online.

Q. Do you offer gift receipts?
A. We do not offer gift receipts and so all pricing tags will be visible on each item delivered. However for in-store purchases, we do offer gift receipts.
