Q. How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?




You have 7 calendar days to collect your order after it has arrived in the store.

If you're unable to collect your order within 7 calendar days of it arriving in store, this will be returned back to us and a refund processed. You will receive your refund within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned Product(s) at our warehouse. Please note, we are unable to extend your Click & Collect collection time period.
