Returns Period
30 days from the day your order is delivered.


Return Policy
All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels. 
 
Please ensure the returned parcel does not contain any items that are not eligible to be returned.
Please review the UNIQLO.com Returns Policy.


Return Fees
Please note that a £2.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This is £2.95 per return request/parcel and not per item.
 

Finding your Guest ID
Once you place your order, you will receive several emails. Please note that your guest ID is in the email with the subject line: ‘Your Guest ID’. Be sure to check your spam folders. Once you have identified your email, you will find your Guest ID in the fifth row.

Return Procedure

1  Log in to your Account

   

2  Register the items you wish to return and receive a return label or QR code.


Please select the order which you would like to return from in the "Order History" displayed after logging in. Then select the specific items within the order which you would like to return.

Upon successful registration, a return shipping label and QR code will be sent to you via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to arrive. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam/junk folder.

 

3  Pack the returned items and drop off the parcel at a Royal Mail Parcelshop.


Please review our Returns Policy and package your returned items.

To prevent delays or incorrect refunds, do not include items from different orders.

You can use any packaging you like, providing that the package is secure. 
 
  • Print a delivery label: 
    Print a return label at home and attach it to your return parcel.
    Return the parcel to your local Royal Mail Parcelshop.
    No forms or packing slips are required.
     
  • QR Code/Barcode:
    Present the QR Code at the Royal Mail Parcelshop.
    Attach the printed return shipping label to your return parcel.

Please ensure that your parcel is scanned by the Royal Mail Parcelshop and you receive and retain a valid or traceable calling card or proof of your return.
 
  • Please be aware that our returns are not accepted at any lockers.
 

4  Your refund is processed.


Once your tracking shows as delivered, your refund will be processed within 14 days. 

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

When your refund has been processed, it will be made to your original payment method. If by credit/debit card, please allow up to 3-5 working days from receipt of confirmation email. If by PayPal, allow up 24 hours for the funds to show in your account. Klarna refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.

Please note, the £2.95 (returns shipping fee) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • ▼  I cannot find my guest ID

    After placing an order, you will receive multiple emails.
    Your Guest ID is listed in the email with the subject line “Your Guest ID”.

  • ▼  Can I return an item at the store?

    Only exchanges are possible in stores. Returns cannot be made.
     

  • ▼  Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

    To ensure you receive the correct refund, please do not include items from different orders in the same package. You will need to pack these items separately and create separate returns for each order. 

    Please note that failure to follow these instructions may result in a significant delay in processing and an incorrect refund.
     

  • ▼  What happens to my refund if I use a coupon?

    If you used a coupon, the value of your coupon is distributed proportionately across all items in your order. When returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted accordingly. Please be aware that the coupon cannot be re-issued.

    Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your return shipping label or QR code in your email inbox. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders.

  • ▼  Can I check the status of my return?

    When sending your return at a Royal Mail Parcelshop, you should receive a Royal Mail Parcelshop receipt. You can check the progress of your return by using your Royal Mail Parcelshop receipt reference number here: Track your return

  • ▼  Can I use a different courier to return my order?

    To do this, please follow the instructions here.
