Q. What is your store returns policy?
Store purchases can only be returned and exchanged at any UNIQLO UK store. Store purchases cannot be returned via our online returns process.
For items purchased in-store (including Online Orders placed using Pay in Store payment method), UNIQLO is always happy to exchange or refund all item(s) by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as it will be necessary in order to process any exchange or refund.
Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?
An exception can be made for items deemed faulty and which cannot be fixed or replaced by the store.
