A. Please ensure you are on the correct website. You might have subscribed to the newsletter of a different region.
To unsubscribe, please follow these instructions:
- Enter your email address on this form: Newsletter Settings
- Read the UNIQLO Privacy Policy.
- Check the box to confirm that you have read and understood UNIQLO's Privacy Policy.
- Click "CONTINUE"
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The unsubscribing process is completed via the "Subscribe to the UNIQLO newsletter" page. You must accept the privacy policy as the unsubscription is processed in the next step. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Uncheck the box "UNIQLO Newsletter"
- Click "SAVE"
- You will now receive an email confirming "Your newsletter preferences have been updated"
- Your Newsletter settings should now look like this:
