Only one gift card can be redeemed per order.

Within the ‘PAYMENT OPTIONS’ section of the checkout, select ‘UNIQLO Gift Card’ as your payment method. Here you will need to input your 19 digit gift card number, as well as the PIN number which can be found in your gift card email or at the back of your gift card.

Do not input the gift card number in the ‘discount code’ field as this will not work.

The gift card can also be used in conjunction with your regular payment method in the case that your total basket amount is greater than your gift card balance.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards, and via PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The card billing address must be registered in the UK.

Please note, we do not currently accept payments by cheque or by phone.
