Q. I forgot my password, what should I do?




Instructions to Reset Your Password

1.      Go to the UNIQLO.com Account Log In page. Click here to go to the UNIQLO.com Log In page.
2.      Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link.
3.      Enter the email address associated with your account when prompted.
4.      Check your email for a message containing a link to reset your password. Please ensure that the email address is typed exactly as it was when you first registered, as our system is case-sensitive.

Please Note: The password reset link expires two hours after the email is sent.

Password Requirements
 
●       Your password must be between 8 and 20 characters in length.
●       It must contain both numbers and letters.
●       Special characters such as !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]^_`{}|~ are allowed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What should I do if it says ‘The information does not match the records provided’?
A: If you receive this message, it means your ID has been cancelled because you either haven't registered or haven't logged in for over a year. Please use a new email address to register as a new member.

Q: I can't receive emails from the email address I deleted from the site.
A: All authentication procedures and notifications from Uniqlo, including membership verification and order notifications, are sent via email. If your email address cannot receive emails, you must use an active email address to register as a new member. 

Q: How can I find the ID I signed up with?
A: Unfortunately, there is no ID search function available. Please reset your password using the email address you originally used for registration. If the password reset email is received successfully, that email address is your registered ID.

Q: I cannot access the password change link I received.
A: If the email containing the password change link is marked as 'spam', you may not be able to access the link directly. You can try the following steps:
●       Move the email from the spam folder to your inbox.
●       Add noreply@mail.fastretailing.com to your safe sender list and try accessing the link again.
●       Copy the link from the email, paste it into a new browser window, and try accessing it again.
