Q. How do I return my order with Evri?




1  Access the Returns Portal.


Click the button below to access the Returns Portal and register the item(s) you wish to return from your order. You will be able to select the reason for the returned item(s) which we will use as feedback to improve our products!

Please note, your return is subject to a £2.95 returns shipping fee. UNIQLO UK will only accept returns which are made within the 30 day returns period. 

All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels. Please review the UNIQLO.com Returns Policy

2  Register the items you wish to return and select your return method.

You will only be able to create one return delivery label or QR code per order. Once you have chosen a return method, you will no longer be able to change to the other method.

Print a delivery label:

Please print your generated returns postage label and packing slip. Include the packing slip inside your parcel and attach the postage label to the outside of your parcel. To avoid any delays, please remove or block out your original delivery address.


Print in Evri ParcelShop (QR Code):

This will create a QR code for you to present at an Evri Parcelshop* where they will be able to print your return delivery label. No internal paper forms or packing slips are required when using this method.
 
  • Please be aware that our returns are not accepted at any InPost lockers.





3  Package the return item(s).
 

Please ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition and the returned parcel does not contain any items that are not eligible to be returned. You can use any packaging you like, providing that the package is secure. Click here to review the full returns policy.

4  Drop off the parcel at an Evri ParcelShop.


For Evri ‘Print in Parcelshop’, you will need to find a ParcelShop with ‘Print in shop’ facilities. If you have already printed your prepaid return label, you can use any ParcelShop location. Please ensure that your parcel is scanned by the ParcelShop and you receive and retain a valid or traceable calling card or proof of your return.

5  Your return parcel is on it's way back to us!  


When sending your return at an Evri ParcelShop, you should have received a ParcelShop receipt. You can check the progress of your return by using your Evri Parcelshop receipt number here: Evri Tracking

When will I receive my refund?

If your Evri tracking shows ✔Returned then your refund can take up to 14 days from the date we have received your ✔Returned parcel. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

When returning using a different courier of your choice, your refund can take up to 14 days from the date we have received your parcel.

6  Your refund is processed.
 

Once your return has been processed, your refund will be made into your original payment method. If by credit/debit card, please allow up to 3-5 working days from receipt of confirmation email. If by PayPal, allow up 24 hours for the funds to show in your account. Klarna refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.

Please note, the £2.95 (returns shipping fee) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
