Q. Where can I find my Guest ID?
Once you place your order, you will receive several emails. Please note that your guest ID is in the email with the subject line: ‘Thank you for your order’. Be sure to check your spam folders. Once you have identified your email, you will find your Guest ID in the fifth row, as shown in the example image below.
This Guest ID is required in order to make a return of an order placed using guest checkout.
