Q. I haven't received my return label




We are sorry to hear that you may have not received your returns shipping label or QR code.

Please attempt to cancel your return request and create a new one. Doing so, you will not incur any additional return fees as you are only charged a return fee for each return parcel which is delivered to our warehouse.

It could take up to 24 hours for you to receive your return shipping label or QR code in your email inbox. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders.
