Please allow approximately 7 days for the courier to deliver your parcel to our warehouse.

※Please be reminded to retrieve proof of your return postage and retain it until your refund has been confirmed. It is essential for our Customer Service Team to track your return upon enquiries.

Status of your return


You may check the status of your return by submitting your order number and email address into the Returns Portal and selecting  "Track Returns Package"

EVRi tracking reference number can be found on the Blue Evri Calling Card which you received when sending your parcel.

Return Parcel Tracking: Other courier

If you used a different courier service to return your order, please use the tracking service of the company that you used. Your tracking reference number will be located on the receipt/card received when posting your parcel. Here are some alternative courier services you may have used:
