Q. Have you received my return?




Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received your return parcel at our warehouse. You will not receive an email notifying you that your return has arrived at our warehouse.

Once you have returned your parcel, please allow approximately 7 days for the courier to deliver your parcel to us. To check if we have received your return parcel, you can track your return with EVRi tracking. Please retain proof of your return postage until your refund has been confirmed.
 
Check the status of your return by submitting your order number and email address into the Returns Portal and selecting "Track Returns Package"

    If you used a different courier service to return your order, please use the tracking service of the company that you used. Your tracking reference number will be located on the receipt/card received when posting your parcel. Here are some alternative courier services you may have used:

    Please retain proof of your return postage until your refund has been confirmed. When you do not use the official UNIQLO return procedure, it is your responsibility to ensure that your return is not damaged or lost. Failure to follow the above guidance may lead to a significant delay in the processing of your refund.
