Our carrier delivers parcels between 09:00-21:00. Your parcel can be delivered at any point between during these hours. Please note this is dependent on the drivers delivery route.
If you provided a telephone number when placing your order, Hermes will contact you via SMS with a 2 hour delivery window the morning of your expected delivery.
