Q. My chosen delivery address has business hours, can I request a delivery time-slot?

Hermes deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm. We cannot guarantee that delivery will be attempted after business hours. We would strongly recommend you selecting an address or delivery method most convenient for you.
