Q. What methods of delivery do you offer and how much do they cost?




❗  Due to a high volume of orders at this busy time, we have added 2 extra days to our delivery lead times. The extended delivery times are already reflected in the delivery estimate shown at checkout.



Expected delivery timeframes may vary due to the stock status of individual products within an order. Please be aware that your expected delivery date is specified at checkout, in order history, and order confirmation emails.

Please note, the delivery time is subject to the cut-off time of 6pm, Mon-Thurs (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 6pm Friday-Sunday will be shipped the next working day. 

Pick-up in Local ParcelShop

For Pick-up in Local ParcelShop, a valid UK mobile number must be provided when placing your order. A delivery confirmation will be sent to you via SMS. In order to collect your parcel, you must bring proof of identity with you. Any of the below form of identification will be accepted:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Citizen Card 
  • Order Confirmation
  • Foreign ID Card
  • NI Electoral Card
  • Passport UK
  • Biometric Card
  • UK Driving License
  • Utility Bill


Please note, if you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will either need proof of your identity or identification with the same surname as yours.
