For pick-up in local parcel-shop, a valid UK mobile number must be provided when placing your order. A delivery confirmation will be sent to you via SMS. In order to collect your parcel, you must bring proof of identity with you. Any of the below form of identification will be accepted:

Please note, that if you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will either need proof of your identity or identification with the same surname as yours.
