Q. I'm missing an item in my order, what should I do?




If an item is missing from your order, it could be because it was unavailable at the time we shipped your order or because your order was split into multiple parcels.

Please check your shipment confirmation email for any updates on your order details and to confirm if your order has been sent in two parcels.
