Q. Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer postal exchanges online. Should you wish to exchange your online purchased item, the original item will need to be returned and another order will have to be placed.
Alternatively, you are able to exchange your order at any UNIQLO UK store if you paid using a Credit/Debit/Gift card or Apple/Google Pay. You may only exchange for the same value or more as we cannot offer a partial refund. Orders placed using PayPal or Klarna (including in combination with Gift Card) will have to be returned to our warehouse as they will not be accepted for exchange in stores. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund.
Please make sure you print or download your invoice (attached to your shipment confirmation email) as this is needed to process any exchange.
Store Purchase Exchange
You may exchange your store purchased items in any UNIQLO UK store if it is within the 28 day returns period. You must provide a valid receipt in order to return or an exchange in-store. Please note that altered items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned.
