Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email from us. If you have not received this notification, your return has not yet reached us. Please do wait for this time-frame to pass before contacting the customer care team.
Please note, unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions we are experiencing a small backlog in our returns process and as a result, your refund will take longer than usual to be received. Currently, it is taking 15 working days from the date you returned your parcel for your goods to be received and processed by us and it is at this point that you will receive an automated returns confirmation email from us. If you have not heard from us after 15 working days from date of sending your parcel please contact us again and we will happily look into this for you.
