Q. How do I return my order?
1 Log into your UNIQLO Account or Guest Account.
To access your account you will need to log in with your registered email address and password. If you placed your order using the guest checkout option, you will be able to log in to your guest account entering the guest ID provided in your confirmation email.
Please visit your "Order History" within your UNIQLO account or guest account. Here you can find the order, and the specific items, that you would like to return.

Please note, each return parcel posted is subject to a £2.95 returns shipping fee. UNIQLO UK will only accept returns which are made within the 30 day returns period.
All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels. Please review the UNIQLO.com Returns Policy
2 Register the items you wish to return and select your return method.
You will be able to create multiple return delivery labels or QR codes per order. Each return label used is subject to a £2.95 returns shipping fee.
Please note, to generate an additional return label you will need to wait until your first return is processed by our warehouse team.
Print a delivery label:
Print your return label at home and attach to your return parcel. No internal paper forms or packing slips are required.
QR Code/Barcode:
This will create a QR code for you to present at a Royal Mail Parcelshop where they will be able to print your return delivery label. No internal paper forms or packing slips are required.
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your return shipping label or QR code in your email inbox. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders.

3 Package the return item(s).
Please ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition and the returned parcel does not contain any items that are not eligible to be returned. You can use any packaging you like, providing that the package is secure. Click here to review the full returns policy.
4 Drop off the parcel at a Royal Mail Parcelshop.
For QR code/Barcode option, you will need to find a Royal Mail Parcelshop. If you have already printed your prepaid return label, you can use any Royal Mail Parcelshop location. Please ensure that your parcel is scanned by the Royal Mail Parcelshop and you receive and retain a valid or traceable calling card or proof of your return.

5 Your return parcel is on it's way back to us!
When sending your return at a Royal Mail Parcelshop, you should have received a Royal Mail Parcelshop receipt. You can check the progress of your return by using your Royal Mail Parcelshop receipt number here: Track your item
When will I receive my refund?
If your Royal Mail tracking shows ✔Returned then your refund can take up to 14 days from the date we have received your ✔Returned parcel. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
When returning using a different courier of your choice, your refund can take up to 14 days from the date we have received your parcel.
6 Your refund is processed.
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be made into your original payment method. If by credit/debit card, please allow up to 3-5 working days from receipt of confirmation email. If by PayPal, allow up 24 hours for the funds to show in your account. Klarna refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.
Please note, the £2.95 (returns shipping fee) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you used a coupon, the value of your coupon is distributed proportionately across all items in your order. When returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted accordingly. Please be aware that the coupon cannot be re-issued.
