Q. How do I return my order?


1. Access the returns portal and select the items you wish to return, confirm return reason and generate your label.**

2. Print your returns label and attach this to your parcel. Please ensure you have removed the original address label and include your packing list to avoid delays.

3. Package your parcel securely and return to a MyHermes location (find your nearest branch here).

Should you wish to return using another postal carrier, this will be at your own cost. Please send your return to the following address:

**Our portal only allows you to print one return label. Should you require an additional label for more items to be returned we recommend generating another label for free here

Can I return in-store ?

Orders can only be exchanged in UNIQLO UK store and cannot be refunded. Please ensure you either print or download your tax invoice (located in your shipment confirmation email) as proof of purchase. We will not be able to process an exchange without this.

Please note, once an item has been exchanged we are no longer able to process a refund for the product.

Additionally, as we're unable to process returns or exchanges in-store for orders placed via PayPal or Klarna, these must be returned to us via post.
