Q. How do I return my order?


1. Access the returns portal and select the items you wish to return, confirm return reason and generate your label.

2. Print your returns label and attach this to your parcel. Please ensure you have removed the original address label and include your packing list to avoid delays.

3. Package your parcel securely and return to a MyHermes location (find your nearest branch here).

Should you wish to return using another postal carrier, this will be at your own cost. Please send your return to the following address:

Returning in-store ?

If you return your order to a UNIQLO UK store, you will have the option to exchange or refund. Should you decide wish to receive a refund, we'll process your refund in-store to the card used to place the order. It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you(depending on your bank). Please do ensure you either print or download your tax invoice (located in you shipment confirmation email) as proof of purchase. We will not be able to process your refund without this.

Should you have placed your order via PayPal, you can only return your order via post. We do not accept PayPal returns or exchanges in-store.
