Q. How do I return my order?

1. Access the returns portal and select the items you wish to return, confirm return reason and generate your label. (please note our portal can only print 1 label per return)

2. Print your returns label and attach this to your parcel. Please ensure you have removed the original address label and include your packing list to avoid delays.

3. Package your parcel securely and return to a MyHermes location (find your nearest branch here).

What to do if you do not have access to a printer
If you decide not to use Hermes to return your parcel or do not have access to a printer, you are welcome to return via a carrier of your choice. You do not have to register your return on our returns portal. All you have to do is include a written note with your order number and details so our warehouse know who the return is from.

Please note, you will need to pay the cost of return if using alternative carriers. Additionally, please ensure to obtain a traceable proof of return.

*Please note, for areas where Hermes Parcel Shop is not available e.g. Isle of Man, we recommend using the above method by returning via a carrier of your choice. Please ensure to obtain a traceable proof of return.

Can I return in-store ?

Orders can only be exchanged in UNIQLO UK store and cannot be refunded. Please ensure you either print or download your tax invoice (located in your shipment confirmation email) as proof of purchase. We will not be able to process an exchange without this.

Please note, once an item has been exchanged we are no longer able to process a refund for the product.

Additionally, as we're unable to process returns or exchanges in-store for orders placed via PayPal or Klarna, these must be returned to us via post.
