Q. Can I request to have an item held at the store for me?

You are able to contact our Customer Service team who can speak with a store on your behalf to have an item held for 24 hours. Please note, this excludes new collections.

If you are in store, you may request to have your item held for up to 24 hours. Please do visit a UNIQLO store. If you need to check stock for that store before visiting, please visit the item page on the website and use the check availability in-store feature.
