Online orders can only be exchanged in-store if paid via credit/debit card (excluding PayPal and Klarna orders). Please ensure you print or download your tax invoice as this is needed to process any exchange. Should you wish to be issued with a refund, your order must be returned to our warehouse via post.
Please note, Paypal orders or orders placed via Klarna cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our UNIQLO UK stores. Should you wish to return a PayPal or Klarna order, please send this back to our warehouse where a refund will be issued to your account.
