Q. What is your store returns policy?

UNIQLO is always happy to exchange or refund all item(s) by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 28 days from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as it will be necessary in order to process any exchange or refund (UNIQLO App purchase history is not a valid form of receipt). Store purchases can be returned and exchanged at any UNIQLO UK store.

Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?
  • Face masks
  • Socks
  • Underwear - Trunks, briefs, shorts and boxers.
  • Any packaged products which have been opened.
  • Personalised or altered products.
All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the unopened original packaging, attached tags and labels. 

An exception can be made for items deemed faulty and which cannot be fixed or replaced by the store.
