Q. What are your store opening hours?

We're happy to announce that all UNIQLO UK stores will reopen on April 12th 2021!

Our store operating hours can be found here.

Here's some more information which may help, from Click and Collect to return and exchange information:

Holding items
Unfortunately we are unable to hold any items in-store.

Fitting Rooms
Depending on the size of the store, our fitting rooms will be open however will be at a limited capacity and only a few number of products can be tried on at any given time. Please see in store for more details.

Click and Collect Orders
Our Click and Collect service remains free to use. Order before 11pm and your order will be available for collection the following day. Any orders placed after 11pm will need to allow an extra day for processing and delivery.

If your order is still in store waiting to be collected, you will have 7 calendar days from when our stores reopen to collect your order. Please be ready to present your "ready to collect" email and a valid form of identification e.g. Drivers License, Passport, or the bank card used to place the order.

Any orders not collected within 7 calendar days will be returned to our warehouse, where a refund will be processed. Please allow 15 working days for this to reflect on the card used at the time of payment.

Purchases made between November 2nd 2020 - November 30th 2020
All purchases, including online orders and in-store purchases will be eligible for exchange or refund until May 10th 2021. Please ensure you bring your receipt/invoice with you alongside the product you wish to return or exchange. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in your request being declined.

Please note, online orders placed via PayPal cannot be returned or exchanged in store and must be returned to our warehouse.

Purchases made after December 1st 2020
In-store purchases will be eligible for refund or exchange until May 10th 2021.

If you wish to receive a refund, this can only be performed at the store where the original purchase was made. Please ensure to bring a proof of purchase. Failure to provide a proof of purchase may result in your request being declined.

Online orders cannot be refunded in any store and only an exchange will be offered. Should you wish to receive a refund, this must be returned to our warehouse.

Please note, online orders placed via PayPal or Klarna cannot be exchanged or refunded in store and must be returned to our warehouse.

Purchases made after April 12th 2021
Our normal policy returns where you will have 28 days from the date you receive your product to have a refund or exchange performed.
