Here's some more information which may help, from Click and Collect to Alterations etc.:
AlterationsOur alteration service is available at all of our UK stores however at a reduced service. We will not be able to pin garments however should you know the measurements you require, our team will be more than happy to assist. Please see in store for more information.
Please note, once an item has been altered, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
Holding itemsPlease contact us via Chat Support or via email
here to hold/reserve an item in-store. This is subject to store stock availability.
Fitting RoomsDepending on the size of the store, our fitting rooms will be open however will be at a limited capacity and only a few number of products can be tried on at any given time. Please see in store for more details.
Click and Collect OrdersOur Click and Collect service remains free to use. Order before midnight and your order will be available for collection the following day. Any orders placed after after midnight will need to allow an extra day for processing and delivery.
Please be ready to present your "ready to collect" email and a valid form of identification e.g. Drivers License, Passport, or the bank card used to place the order.
Any orders not collected within 7 calendar days will be returned to our warehouse, where a refund will be processed. Please allow 2 weeks for this to reflect on the card used at the time of payment.
