Q. Our Extended Returns Policy

** Please note, customers will have a further 14 calendar days from when our stores reopen to return, refund or exchange any items. T&C's apply**

What is the online extended returns policy?
Any purchases made on or after 9th October 2020 shall be eligible for return either until the 31st January 2021 or 28 days from the date of purchase, whichever is later. To return your Product(s) to us, you can do so by clicking here.  Please note orders placed via PayPal, Klarna, or Carte Bancaire cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our UNIQLO stores and will have to follow our online returns procedure. For orders placed via Google Pay, Apple Pay, our store will be able to issue an exchange only.

As a reminder, we cannot accept any returns for inner/underwear/swimwear or face-masks due to hygiene reasons.


What is your exchange policy?
We are unable to accept exchanges online, however you can exchange your goods at any UNIQLO store within the country of purchase (excluding orders placed via PayPal, Klarna or Carte Bancaire). Any purchases made on or after 9th October 2020 shall be eligible for exchange either until 31st January 2021 or 28 days from the date of purchase, whichever is later. You can make the exchange for another product of your choice providing it is priced the same or higher than your original purchase. Please ensure that the goods are in resalable condition and that you bring your invoice as proof of purchase. All standard conditions apply.

What would happen if I made my purchase before the 9th October 2020?
Please refer to the following process when reviewing your return options:
  • Please check the date on your invoice first. If the date of purchase is before the 9th of October 2020 then you will have 28 days from receipt of your order to return it back online for a refund. Exchanges can only be made at a UNIQLO store if paid via credit/debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Orders placed via PayPal, Klarna or Carte Bancaire will have to be returned back to our warehouse. Please always ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition. All standard conditions apply.
  • If the date on your invoice is on or after 9th of October 2020, then you have until 31st January 2021 to return your purchase for a refund back online. Exchanges can only be made at a UNIQLO store if paid via credit/debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Orders placed via PayPal, Klarna or Carte Bancaire will have to be returned back to our warehouse. Please always ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition. All standard conditions apply.

What do I do if I feel my item(s) is faulty?
If you have made an online purchase and you are unhappy with your purchase due to a defect arising out of a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us through our Contact us form (select topic: PRODUCT RECEIVED – my item is faulty). Please provide as much information as possible concerning the Product and the order.
