What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later, meaning you only have to pay for the items that you keep. UNIQLO offers this service through 2 options; Slice it with Klarna -where you can pay in 3 installments or Pay Later where you pay in 30 days.
Who can use Klarna?
Customers over the age of 18. Customers with a billing and delivery address registered in the UK.
When can it be used to place an order?
If you decide to pay using Slice with Klarna (3 installments) there will be a minimum spend of £35. For pay in 30 days, there's no minimum spend - simply add the items you love to your basket and head to checkout.
How do you pay using Klarna?
-On the payment page in the checkout, there will be 2 Klarna payment options to select from, Pay in 30 days and Slice with Klarna.
-Select your preferred method and you will then be taken to the Klarna website.
-On the Klarna site, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address and a debit or credit card. The mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach you.
- All communications will be sent to your email address. Please ensure all information is correct otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.
Having trouble paying with Klarna?
If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
-Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount. Please note Klarna are an independent payment provider and UNIQLO has no influence over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not.
-Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
-You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try placing your order with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
-You may have missed a required field at the checkout
-If you haven't used Klarna before and you're shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
If you order is cancelled or returned in full, as soon as we have confirmed your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. If a partial cancellation or partial return is made, an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna.
