Q. Can I use a different courier to return my order?

If you decide not to use the UNIQLO Returns Portal to return your parcel or you do not have access to a printer, you are welcome to return using a courier of your own choice. In this case, you will not be charged the £2.95 returns fee but you will need cover the cost of your return postage.

1. Do not register your return in our Returns Portal as otherwise you will be charged the £2.95 returns fee.

2. Package the parcel - Place the items you wish to return inside the parcel. Please be aware that all returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.

3. Include a note, within the parcel, with the following information so that our Warehouse Team can process your return. Please provide: 

Your Full Name
Your Order Number(s)
The product SKU code(s)


e.g. John Smith, A001234243, 20001232424 (located beneath the barcode of the product's label).

4. Drop off your parcel at the courier of your choice and return the parcel to the below address.

Please note that failure to follow the above guidance may lead to a significant delay in the processing of your refund.
