Q. Customers receiving illegitimate Evri text messages

We are aware of phishing emails & smishing SMS messages being sent to our customers. These messages are requesting that customers need to make a payment in order to complete the delivery.

We would like to clarify these are not legitimate messages from Evri or UNIQLO. In no circumstances would UNIQLO or it's partner request such payments. 

If you receive such a message, please ignore and delete the message.
